The ResiLogic Development Tracker (Beta) is now live.

It’s a simple idea, but a powerful one:

A live, interactive dashboard of new residential developments — comparable and designed for anyone trying to understand where the market is moving.

🧭 What’s Inside

When you open the Tracker, you’ll land on the main page — a clean table of active developments, with every unit type, size, and price listed. This will be built on in coming months, the first addition summarises some of Cape Towns best apartment developments.

You can:

View by unit type (1-beds, 2-beds, 3-beds, etc.)
View full list across projects to see what’s selling and at what price
Click through to charts for a comparison of developments selling price/m2

It’s not just static data — it’s a living snapshot of Cape Town’s residential pipeline.

You’ll find a growing set of charts and insights, including:

Rate-per-m² comparisons across projects
Average pricing by unit type

It’s early days, but even at this beta stage, you can already start spotting trends: where pricing is tightening, which areas are heating up, and how new launches compare.
